A few principles that help us deliver the calm, careful work we believe in.
Our studio in San Pawl il-Baħar welcomes visitors by appointment, Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 and 18:00. Please write to us in advance — many of our days are spent on site with clients.
We accept a limited number of projects each season to honour the quality of each engagement. Once your enquiry is reviewed, we'll arrange an initial site visit before any commitment is made.
For installations, clear, unobstructed access to the space is required on the agreed date. Delays caused by access issues may incur additional fees and reschedule the project.
We source from ethical European nurseries. Certain rare specimens require lead times of 4–8 weeks. We will never substitute species without your written approval.
Subscribed clients receive scheduled care visits. Please ensure access during the agreed window. Missed visits without 48 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled within the same billing month.
We may photograph completed installations for our portfolio. If you'd prefer your project remain private, simply let us know and we'll respect that fully.
We respond to enquiries within two working days. For active projects, you'll have a direct point of contact within the studio.
Above all, we treat plants as living beings — not products. Clients who engage Verdant Atelier agree to follow basic care guidance to ensure each installation thrives.
