Welcome to Verdant Atelier ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and consultancy services. By engaging our studio, you agree to these terms in full.
Verdant Atelier provides indoor plant curation, biophilic design consultancy, custom installations, and ongoing maintenance plans. All services are subject to a written proposal that outlines scope, deliverables, and timelines.
A 40% deposit is required to confirm any installation booking. The remaining balance is due on completion. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are quoted in EUR, exclusive of VAT where applicable.
We guarantee the health of installed plants for 30 days following installation, provided care instructions are followed. Plants under an active Verdant maintenance plan receive an extended living guarantee outlined in your service agreement.
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before installation receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit 50% of the deposit. Bespoke installations involving sourced rare specimens may be non-refundable once procurement begins.
All design proposals, mood boards, plant compositions, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Verdant Atelier until full payment is received and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Verdant Atelier is not liable for damage caused by client mishandling, environmental changes, or failure to follow provided care guidance. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Malta.
